Udzungwa Bottlers Limited (UBL)<\/strong> UBL imejizatiti kutoa preform za PET, vifuniko, pamoja na bidhaa nyingine za vifungashio zenye ubora wa hali ya juu kwa wateja wetu kote nchini Tanzania. Tunajivunia kudumisha viwango madhubuti vya ubora katika mchakato wetu wa uzalishaji. Sera hii ya Marejesho na Urejeshaji wa Fedha inaeleza masharti ambayo marejesho ya bidhaa, uingizwaji wa bidhaa, na urejeshaji wa fedha vinaweza kukubaliwa.<\/p>\n

1. Masharti ya Kustahiki Kurejesha Bidhaa<\/h3>\n

Wateja wanaweza kuomba kurejesha bidhaa, kubadilishiwa bidhaa, au kurejeshewa fedha ikiwa:<\/p>\n

  • Bidhaa zilizopokelewa zina kasoro au zimeharibika wakati wa kuwasilishwa.<\/li>\n
  • Bidhaa zilizoletwa hazilingani na vipimo vilivyothibitishwa katika oda.<\/li>\n
  • Bidhaa zisizo sahihi ziliwasilishwa na UBL.<\/li>\n
  • Kuna kasoro ya uzalishaji iliyothibitishwa ambayo inaathiri matumizi au ubora wa bidhaa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Madai yote lazima yawasilishwe ndani ya muda wa \u2026. 7 days<\/strong> of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n

    2. Bidhaa Zisizoweza Kurejeshwa<\/h3>\n

    Kutokana na aina ya biashara yetu ya uzalishaji, bidhaa zifuatazo kwa ujumla hazistahiki kurejeshwa:<\/p>\n

    • Preform za PET au vifuniko vilivyobinafsishwa au kutengenezwa maalum kulingana na vipimo na mahitaji ya mteja.<\/li>\n
    • Bidhaa zilizoharibika kutokana na uhifadhi, utunzaji, usafirishaji usio sahihi, au matumizi yasiyofaa baada ya kuwasilishwa.<\/li>\n
    • Bidhaa ambazo zimebadilishwa, kurekebishwa, au kutumika baada ya kupokelewa.<\/li>\n
    • Oda zilizorejeshwa bila kupata idhini ya awali kutoka UBL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Ukaguzi na Uthibitishaji<\/h3>\n

      Baada ya kupokea ombi la kurejesha bidhaa, UBL ina haki ya:<\/p>\n

      • Inspect the products in question.<\/li>\n
      • Request photographs, videos, or samples as evidence of the reported issue.<\/li>\n
      • Conduct quality control verification to determine whether the issue resulted from manufacturing defects or external factors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The approval of a return, replacement, or refund is subject to the outcome of this inspection process.<\/p>\n

        4. Return Procedure<\/h3>\n

        To initiate a return request, customers should:<\/p>\n

        1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.<\/li>\n
        2. Provide the order number, invoice number, and a detailed description of the issue.<\/li>\n
        3. Attach supporting photographs or documentation where applicable.<\/li>\n
        4. Await confirmation and return instructions from UBL before shipping any products back.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.<\/p>\n

          5. Refunds<\/h3>\n

          Where a refund is approved:<\/p>\n

          • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.<\/li>\n
          • Approved refunds may take between 7\u201314 business days<\/strong> to reflect, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.<\/li>\n
          • Shipping and transportation charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of UBL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Replacements<\/h3>\n

            Where a product defect or delivery error is confirmed, UBL may, at its discretion:<\/p>\n

            • Replace the affected products.<\/li>\n
            • Supply equivalent products.<\/li>\n
            • Issue a partial or full refund where replacement is not feasible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. Transportation and Delivery Claims<\/h3>\n

              Customers are encouraged to inspect all goods immediately upon delivery. Any visible shortages, damages, or discrepancies should be noted on the delivery documentation and reported to UBL promptly.<\/p>\n
