Udzungwa Bottlers Limited (UBL)<\/strong> is committed to providing high-quality PET preforms, closures, and related packaging products to our customers throughout Tanzania. We take pride in maintaining strict quality standards in our manufacturing process. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be accepted.<\/p>\n

1. Eligibility for Returns<\/h3>\n

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund if:<\/p>\n

  • The products received are defective or damaged upon delivery.<\/li>\n
  • The products supplied do not match the specifications confirmed in the order.<\/li>\n
  • The wrong products were delivered by UBL.<\/li>\n
  • There is a verified manufacturing defect affecting the usability or quality of the products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    All claims must be reported within 7 days<\/strong> of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n

    2. Non-Returnable Products<\/h3>\n

    Due to the nature of our manufacturing business, the following items are generally not eligible for return:<\/p>\n

    • Customized or specially manufactured PET preforms or closures produced according to customer specifications.<\/li>\n
    • Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, transportation, or misuse after delivery.<\/li>\n
    • Products that have been altered, modified, or used after receipt.<\/li>\n
    • Orders returned without prior authorization from UBL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Inspection and Verification<\/h3>\n

      Upon receiving a return request, UBL reserves the right to:<\/p>\n

      • Inspect the products in question.<\/li>\n
      • Request photographs, videos, or samples as evidence of the reported issue.<\/li>\n
      • Conduct quality control verification to determine whether the issue resulted from manufacturing defects or external factors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        The approval of a return, replacement, or refund is subject to the outcome of this inspection process.<\/p>\n

        4. Return Procedure<\/h3>\n

        To initiate a return request, customers should:<\/p>\n

        1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.<\/li>\n
        2. Provide the order number, invoice number, and a detailed description of the issue.<\/li>\n
        3. Attach supporting photographs or documentation where applicable.<\/li>\n

              7. Transportation and Delivery Claims<\/h3>\n

              Customers are encouraged to inspect all goods immediately upon delivery. Any visible shortages, damages, or discrepancies should be noted on the delivery documentation and reported to UBL promptly.<\/p>\n
